Legal & Claims Administrator

As a Legal & Claims Administrator you will work at our head office in 2030 Antwerp. You are responsible for the correct contract administration, claims management, and legal files.

  • You will be responsible for the management and appropriate administration of damage claims and various legal matters.

  • With a careful eye, you check the relevant documentation, collect information from relevant parties, and contact the insurance broker.

  • You are therefore the central point of contact for internal colleagues and external (insurance) partners for current affairs and questions.

  • You perform various supporting tasks on the instructions of the Finance head and Legal Advisor.

  • You make sure you stay informed (practically) of relevant insurance issues and case law.

  • You manage intercompany contracts, powers of attorney, electronic signatures and other legal administration that can be established at corporate level (KBO, government gazette, etc.).

  • You are the umbrella manager of the company's central contract management.

You dot all the i's, make sure that deadlines are met with ease, that a dossier is complete, that you have spoken to the necessary people internally and externally, and that your information is correct. In short, you are accurate, effective and you have integrity.

  • A bachelor's level of thinking

  • 3-5 years of work experience in administrative roles within legal, insurance or banking.

  • Excellent language skills: Dutch and English

  • You easily get used to digital systems and applications
