Your role as Business Controller
As a business controller you contribute to the realization of the business objectives by performing the necessary controlling activities, analysis and interpretation of the business processes. You act as a real finance business partner🧐, who supports and enhances business insights.
Prepare, analyse, interpret and comment on operational results and KPIs 💵
Be a champion in product costing and activity based costing, measure performance in the warehouse and develop standard costing tools.
Develop new KPIs that translate warehouse productivity into financial results and support management in strategic decisions.
Support with both financial and operational business improvement projects and the preparation of business cases.
Verify and complete invoicing in a timely manner in close collaboration with customer service representatives and managers.
What does Molenbergnatie expect from you?
You have (experience equivalent to) a Bachelor's degree in commercial sciences, economics (TEW), finance.
Through work experience you have an understanding of:
financial analyzes on profitability, return on investments and cash flows
preparing budgets, forecasts and variance analyzes
Technical skills:
You master Excel extremely well: pivot tables and power pivots have little secrets for you.
You have experience with ERP packages and BI (Business Intelligence) for reporting.
If there is one word that describes you, it is analytical! In other words, you are also good at processing and understanding (financial) information, and conveying this appropriately and in clear communication to your stakeholders.
